Tech Pack Guidance
At Corsa Leathers, We make the tech pack process simple for leather products, with clear and flexible options. Our easy system helps you create complete tech packs quickly. This saves time, reduces costs, and helps you start your leather project faster with our support.
Submit Design Sketch
Provide clear technical flat sketches of your leather design, including front and back views. This will help visually communicate the fit, shape, and structure of the garment you’re aiming for.
If needed, you may reference our standard leatherwear patterns as a base template for your sketch.
Provide Sizing Information
Include detailed sizing specifications for each panel and design element of the garment.
Measurements should cover:
Chest, waist, hips
Sleeve length and opening
Garment length
Panel dimensions (e.g., back yoke, sleeve cap, hem width)
If you’re unsure, we can help you build your sizing using base patterns inspired by premium brands such as AllSaints, Rick Owens, or Belstaff.
Select Leather Type and Color
Choose your leather from our main materials catalog. Be sure to include the leather code and color number.
Our stock includes:
Full-grain, top-grain, suede, and nubuck
Lambskin, cowhide, goat, and buffalo options
If you have a specific material in mind that isn’t on our site, contact us directly. We may have similar leathers available or can source them for you.
Describe Artwork and Embellishments
Specify how you want your artwork or logos applied. Options include:
Laser engraving
Embossing/debossing
Metal/stud detailing
Screen printing (for lining or textile inserts)
Please include artwork placement, sizing, and reference images where possible.
Add Accessories and Packaging
Let us know if you require custom hardware (zippers, buttons, snaps, buckles) or branding elements (leather patches, woven labels, tags).Also, describe your packaging needs:
Garment bags
Hangers
Custom boxes or wrapping
Include specifications like material, size, logo placement, and color.
We keep things simple and flexible. Your tech pack can be in any form: a spec sheet, a drawing, or a written document. It only needs to show the main details like design, sizes, materials, and finishing. Don’t worry if something is missing, we will fix and add details together during the sample making.

Our team works closely with you to review your tech pack carefully and ensure every detail is accurate before production. Quotation
Corsa Leathers will provide a detailed expense list, including sample price and estimated bulk production costs.
Upon accepting the quotation, a sample fee payment will be required to proceed with the project.
Tech Pack Development
After receiving the sample fee, Corsa Leathers will collaborate with you to finalize production details — reviewing and refining the tech pack, addressing any incomplete aspects, and finding solutions for any unfeasible design elements.
Creation of Samples
Sample production at Corsa Leathers involves several steps: leather sourcing, pattern making, cutting, embossing or printing, stitching, and optional finishing treatments.
Production time may vary based on design complexity. Utilizing existing patterns can accelerate the process, while specialized finishing techniques may extend it.
QC of Samples
Our team at Corsa Leathers will inspect samples for consistency and quality before proceeding with finishing and packaging, ensuring all items meet our standards before moving forward.
Transportation
Before shipping, Corsa Leathers will take detailed photos of the samples for your confirmation.
For sample shipping, we default to using DHL to ensure timely and secure delivery.
To start sampling, just share your tech pack. It can be a document, a sketch, or even a spreadsheet. It only needs to include the main details like design, size, materials, and how it should be made. Don’t have a tech pack? No problem. Use our Tech Pack Guidance Service, and we’ll help you create one made for leather products.
At Corsa Leathers, For the best results, we suggest giving us a physical sample or a reference piece. This helps our team copy the design, leather, and details more accurately, so you get a high-quality sample that matches your expectations.
Our services are flexible, and you can pay for each step separately. This way, you control the costs and move forward at your own pace, whether it’s sampling, production, or any other stage.
Our sampling process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks after the tech pack is finalized. For delivery, we use trusted express services, and samples normally reach you in 3 to 7 days. We keep you updated at every step.
BULK PRODUCTION
At Corsa Leathers, our bulk production services prioritize efficiency and reliability, upholding the high standards set during sampling. From quality control to packaging, we ensure consistency in every detail. With strategic operations, we offer competitive pricing, on-time delivery, and customized packaging solutions to meet your unique business needs for leather goods. Quotation
After confirming the product details and quantity, Corsa Leathers will provide you with an initial bulk production quotation.
To proceed with bulk production, the first payment will be required upon acceptance of the quotation.
Pre-production Sample
Final adjustments to fit, leather color, size, and detailing will be made in a pre-production sample before starting bulk production.
If the bulk products match the approved samples exactly, this step may be skipped, and we will proceed directly to bulk manufacturing.
Bulk production
Bulk production at Corsa Leathers involves several steps: leather sourcing and preparation, size grading, cutting, embossing or printing, stitching, and optional finishing treatments.
Production time may vary depending on product complexity.
Quality Inspection and Control
Corsa Leathers’ quality control team will inspect all bulk-produced items to ensure they meet our quality standards.
After the inspection, we will notify you of the final shipment quantity and confirm the logistics arrangements.
Packaging and Transportation
The finished goods will be packaged according to your specifications.
Upon receiving the final payment and shipping costs, Corsa Leathers will coordinate with the logistics company to dispatch the goods to your specified destination.
To start bulk production, samples are required. These can be samples we made for you or ones you provide. If you don’t have samples yet, please check our sampling process to get started.
Our MOQs are flexible and vary from product to product. For some items, the minimum can be as low as 25 pieces, while for others it may be 50, 100, or 150 pieces per design per color. For complex designs, the MOQ may change, but we always work with you to find the best option for your needs.
Bulk leather goods manufacturing usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. For smaller quantities, production can be done in around 2 weeks. Larger orders may take 7 to 8 weeks or more. For returning customers re-ordering stock, we often deliver faster.
There’s no strict size limit per color for each design. You can mix sizes in your order as long as it meets the product’s minimum quantity. Sizes from XS to XL are accepted within normal MOQs. For sizes above XL, a higher MOQ may be required, or if the quantity is not increased, the price per piece will be higher.
